PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The objective of FASyS Project is to develop new knowledge and technologies to ensure, in an integrated way, the safety and health of the workers in the handling, machining and assembly factories of the future. To achieve this goal, the role of the workers is enforced as a key factor of competitiveness and differentiation of the new production model.

The objective involves the development of two main activities:

  • To design a new optimized and ergonomics workstation focused on the worker health and comfort, aimed at increasing its productivity.
  • To provide a reference model for an optimized management af all those aspects related to the safety and health in handling, machining and assembly factories in a near future.

To face all these challenges, we have analyzed the technical facilities, management practices and human factors in order to monitor and manage in a continuous way the risks related to the health and safety all along the whole live cycle of the factory.

ACTIVITIES DEVELOPED BY AINTECH

  • Identification of the most representative scenarios related to the working risks management.
  • Review and Analysis of technical and legal requirements to the control of the working risks and its confidential processing.
  • Support in the development of “Living Labs” and testing data adquisition.
  • Development of new manufacturing processes focused on the total risks management, as a reference to improve them in hadnling, machining and assembly factories.
